| Education is not just about learning anymore. Educators today must do more than just demand that their students who are seeking expert status commit to memory a body of specialized knowledge. The Rayner Institute for Career Advancement is involved in more than just the business of postgraduate education. We are professional coaches and business counselors and we pride ourselves on being career builders to our graduates who we see as our greatest assets.
We gladly take on the responsibility to assist our students after they have completed our programs to obtain even more knowledge so they can go on to become highly, sought after authorities in the field of clinically centered esthetics. Because of our twenty-six year history of private coaching, we know what it takes both short & long-term for our certified graduates to standout as a part of a select group of top-performing, clinical practitioners. Our alumni must become & even more importantly, “remain” highly qualified, intelligent professionals who are on the cutting edge, year-after-year. It is our intention to ensure that they are and continue to be the “best of the best.” To keep our promises we must make certain our graduates are ready and fully prepared for career opportunities anywhere & anytime as they present themselves in a rapidly evolving, hyper-competitive market.
After obtaining certification from our institutes, we want our alumni to go on and become even more distinctive in their own right, consequently, we are aware that on occasion they may wish to cross-link training formats or obtain information on industry advancements that we do not offer. We recognize some of this information may only be available through other programs – advertised by educational centers that label themselves our competition.
Naturally, as new information emerges our graduates will require academic reinforcement and should not feel restricted or encumbered in any way by their loyalty to our training facilities. Remaining true to our longstanding strictly academic traditions, we now must not only allow, but encourage our graduates to exercise the freedom to combine educational venues in order to round-out their knowledge & expand on their credentials. In such instances, we offer a united-solution by giving our students an ability no other students in our industry have ever had before from a post-graduate facility like ours. We are providing redeemable credits for other approved courses that issue official CEU’s (certified, education, providers units) & that have met their state or national regulatory controls as we have.
As long-time educators, we want to reward those of our graduates who take the initiative to participate in career pertinent, supplementary programs. We firmly believe that when combined with our university-hospital based curriculums the combination of these course studies together will provide our students with a dynamic “chain-of-knowledge” that is unsurpassable. Effective immediately, we agree to honor, up to five partial credit vouchers per year, per graduate, to reward their participation in training classes & conferences that meet our institute’s criteria. These tuition credit vouchers will offset tuition costs for future attendance in our certification courses & “hopefully,” will encourage our graduates to continue their academic advancement. The very nature of medical esthetic education is changing. In fact, it appears, right before our eyes. Bringing forth a stunning vision for a more collaborative approach and a climax of entirely new ideas about what training really should be. These changes are forcing the educators of tomorrow to work together for the good of the educational consumer, the esthetic practitioner and most significantly to facilitate the vast needs of patients.
