Overview of Our Fully Approved Distance Education Programs

These courses are regulated and approved by the Consumer Affairs Division of Postsecondary & Vocational Education & Rehabilitation which guarantees you, the consumer, that the educational materials in our Long Distance Learning Programs and our On-Site instruction have been investigated by the State of California and our training has met the state requirements. 2. Our training programs have been approved by the Board of Registered Nursing for Continuing Education Credits (CEU's) -- Provider #11782.
3. The course instructor, Victoria Rayner, is a recognized provider of continuing education for instructors - Bureau of Barbering and Cosmetology, Sacramento, CA #1039
4. The course instructor, Victoria Rayner, is authorized to serve as a certified instructor and is approved to teach under California Education Code (CEC) #94915.
5. The course instructor, Victoria Rayner, has extensive experience in operating several Medical-Esthetic clinics and has been on the faculty of the Dermatology Department at the University of California, San Francisco for the past 12 years.
6. The course instructor, Victoria Rayner, has authored the most widely respected and recognized textbook currently published on Clinical Cosmetology. Her textbook is utilized as a physician's desk reference for Medical Esthetics and as a teaching aid in hospitals and beauty schools throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa and the Asian continent.
7. The course instructor, Victoria Rayner, is considered a pioneer in the field of Medical Esthetics and has contributed to the establishment of set standards for the Cosmetology/Esthetic and Medical community.
8. Following graduation, our students receive professional counseling (at no additional charge) to assist them with placement in physician's offices, hospitals, medical spas and outpatient clinics.
