Estheticians/nurses who have been properly trained in effective ways to market their professional services have better job prospects. They earn higher income than their less informed colleagues. Additional training in proposal preparation, resume writing and business planning boosts the esthetician/nurse's earning potential and provides the knowledge needed to negotiate contracts with physicians for higher wages and better benefit packages.

This course will assist estheticians and nurses in making the transition from beauty and health care providers to medical esthetics practitioners. The intent and purpose of the training is to prepare the salon professional and the newly graduated student for the many challenges they will encounter in a clinical environment.
