Council to President Washington DC
- 08/25/04 -
Victoria L. Rayner, of San Francisco,
California, who is already listed in the 2005 Who’s Who of America
as one of the nation’s most accomplished in the field of skin care,
just accepted a position as an Honorary Chairman to the Advisory
Council to the President of the United States.
The Business Advisory Council is a
small, prestigious group of businessmen and women, who have joined
with the NRCC to advocate a progressive, pro-business agenda. It
allows for experts like Ms. Rayner to pool their knowledge of commerce
together to bring some business sense to Washington. The Council
functions independently from any other organization within the NRCC,
but will have direct reporting lines to Chairman - Congressman Tom
Reynolds and other party leaders.
As a Chairman, Ms. Rayner will have
a unique opportunity to forge a new and dynamic alliance between
the Republican leadership and the small business community. Her
duties will include, but will not be limited to the following: to
provide grassroots support for healthcare reform, debt reduction,
social security, and economic policies that will keep the economy
growing. Rayner will participate in private surveys and will be
exposed to policy briefings. She will be expected to educate achievers
and entrepreneurs on economic and taxation issues as well as tax
reform and will be expected to attend national and regional strategy
